Giveaway Competition Terms and Conditions

 

1. Eligibility:

• The Holiday Package Draw is open to residents of Tasmania, Australia, aged 18 years and over, except employees of SolidConc Pty Ltd ("Promoter") and their immediate family members.

 

2. How to Enter:

• To enter into the draw, participants must purchase any item from the SolidConc website (www.solidconc.com).

• Each item purchased is considered one entry into the draw.

• Multiple purchases on one invoice will result in multiple entries.

• No alternative method of entry will be accepted.

Additionally, to gain four entries, participants must have SolidConc provide a quote and complete a paid job for them. A quote alone will not qualify for the four entries; the job must be completed. Furthermore, participants will receive one entry per referral who completes a job with SolidConc.
- For every $1000 spent by the referred person on a completed job with SolidConc, the referring person will receive one extra entry into the contest. This means that the more the referred person spends, the more entries the referring person will receive.

- Furthermore, the referred person also benefits from this arrangement. In addition to their initial four entries earned through completing a paid job with SolidConc, they will receive an extra two entries for every $1000 they spend on their completed projects.

 

3. Prize Details:

• The prize includes flights to Melbourne for 2 people and 6 nights' accommodation at Crown Casino Melbourne.

• The winning offer is valid until December 31, 2024.

• The winner is free to choose their desired dates, excluding December of any year.

• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable for money, or for resale.

 

4. Winner Selection:

• The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.

• The draw will take place on July 15th, 2024.

• The Holiday Package Draw commences on February 1, 2024, and concludes on June 30, 2024.
(If 100 entries have not been reached by June 30, 2024, the competition will be extended by 3 months, and the new end date will be September 30th, 2024. If 100 entries are not reached the competition may be cancelled)

• The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of entry.

• The winner must claim the prize within 14 days of notification.

• If the prize is not claimed within the specified period, a redraw will occur.

 

5. Prize Redemption:

• The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of entry.

• The winner must claim the prize within 14 days of notification.

• If the prize is not claimed within the specified period, a redraw will occur.

 

6. Exclusions:

• The Holiday Package Draw is not open to residents outside of Tasmania.

• Participants must be over 18 years old at the time of entry.

 

7. General Conditions:

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.

• The Promoter's decision regarding any aspect of the Holiday Package Draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

8. Privacy:

• By entering the Holiday Package Draw, participants agree to the use of their personal information as outlined in the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

 

9. Modification or Termination:

• The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Holiday Package Draw in the event that it becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

 

By participating in the Holiday Package Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
